1. Return & Replacing
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return or replace products in accordance with the terms below.
2. Delivery Policy
Our standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days, though this duration may extend depending on the location and courier services.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Bond Street offers an Easy Return Policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery if it fails to meet your expectations.
- Product should be returned in the same condition as you received it, with original packaging, invoice, and tags.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory in case of wrong, empty, used, or incomplete products. This must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- Claims without this video will not be eligible for processing.
How to Raise a Return/Exchange
- Registered customers: Login → Order History → Select Order → Item → Click "Return" → Fill required fields → Choose "Replacement / Refund".
- Guest customers: Contact customer support via email at customercare@bondstreet.in.
Once your request is accepted, we will pick up the item(s) from your location wherever feasible. Refund or replacement will be initiated only after we receive the product.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to:
- Send the product through a reliable courier service to our warehouse address.
Note: A maximum reimbursement of Rs. 300 will be offered toward shipping costs.
In case of replacement: It is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, the amount will be refunded.

5. Product Claim Policy
- 100% claim allowed for manufacturing defects within 1 month of purchase with a copy of the bill.
- Within 45 days: product must be sent with the original bill. Claims must be genuine — external or intentional damage is not covered.
- Compensation will depend on genuineness and usage. It may vary between 50–100% of the product value.
- No claims after 45 days from the date of invoice.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via NEFT upon request within 7–12 working days, after we receive the returned product(s).
Please ensure items are returned in perfect condition, with original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Note: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for international customers due to high shipping costs.
We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. Avoid using the product outdoors before you're sure you want to keep it.
